I really loved this place! Even so much, that i came again a few weeks later. Only issue is that we added a 3rd person which the social deal ticket was scanned/paid manually. And later i got charged by Social deal itself. Now I'm having to deal with getting money back. But that has little to do with the food, service and atmosphere. The food i put four stars as you will have to pay a euro per dish extra, in some cases. Which is also normal as it's shrimps. So my average score is a 4.4 where 5 is highest. Kudos to the team who is working non stop ❤️

small, cozy restaurant, I had the absolute best caipirinha I have ever had in the Netherlands. the food was good, simple dishes, hard to mess up but executed perfectly, very tasty, staff was friendly and welcoming, 10/10 would recommend

We loved the atmosphere, service and food! I love Mexican and Spanish food, the Tacos were on point, the tapas were very versatile. For anyone who cares: the Pollo Piripiri was absolutely incredible!

A small fronted gem in the old town. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Speak Dutch and English with a few speaking other European languages. The food is flavoursome and cooked to order. Well worth a visit in my book.

Tapas & Co is a cute little restaurant hidden away in the Jordaan of Alkmaar, het Fnidsen. Price quality wise it is a great restaurant. Their terrace, only accessible in Spring and Summer is hidden a bit between two old dutch houses (of which one is a flowershop) and at one of the iconic canals and close to the house with the cannonball. One of the most beautiful spots in Alkmaar in my opinion. There is a great variety of Tapas to choose from and they are all of good quality. Holding it back from five stars is the long time we had to wait for each round of tapas. Up to half an hour on average. Which seemed a bit out of proportion considering the size of the dishes and the amount of guests. Maybe they were short on staff. Furthermore I can highly recommend Tapas & Co. All you can eat for a fair price in one of the most beautiful places in Alkmaar.

Worst restaurant in a Alkmaar. Very bad food, poor quality and no variety in taste. Plus we saw for the whole dinner a rat walking in the middle of the restaurant.
